Refund policy

Unopened items

You may return sealed, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping cost. Opened vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and box sets are not returnable unless defective.

Contact info@redlineshop.store with your order number to arrange a return. We will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact info@redlineshop.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We cover return shipping. For affected items under $25, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the next step.
